About the notification system for workers who are posted to Latvia
To use the notification system for workers who are posted to Latvia, you need to prove your identity through authorization.
Users can authenticate with the following methods:
  • an electronic signature smartcard issued by the State Joint Stock Company “Latvia State Radio and Television Centre”;
  • “eParaksts mobile” solution offered by the State Joint Stock Company “Latvia State Radio and Television Centre”;
  • e-ID card issued by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs;
  • internet banking A/S "SEB", A/S "Swedbank", A/S "Citadele", A/S "Luminor", A/S "LPB", A/S "Rietumu Banka", A/S "BluOr Bank" or A/S "Industra" authentication tools;
  • using the eIDAS gateway and authenticating with one of the authentication methods supported by EU Member States;
  • username and password of the user created in the NDPS.
